All orders must be paid before they are processed for delivery. However, customers can always walk into our store to make payment in person and pick up their item if they are unable to make payment online.

You will be required to fill in your delivery and contact details to enable us to deliver your order to you. Before placing your order, you can amend your delivery address by going to your online account and selecting ‘addresses’. Once you add a new address, select this as your ‘preferred’ address and this will be your delivery address for your current order.
If your parcel has already left our warehouse, you’re unable to alter the address.

If you changed your mind before your order was processed or delivered, you may be eligible for a return. However, in the event our delivery driver already left the warehouse, the cost of delivery may not be refunded.
We offer installation services for all order placed on our wensite. Kindly add any service you require when placing your order on our website. Our technician will give you a call to arrange for your installation after your order has been confirmed.
