– Customers have 24 hours to return an item from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that was received.
– The item must be in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
– The customer must have proof of purchase (invoice) of item Your item.
– Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our showroom and back. However, note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note that refund or exchanged will not be initiated in the following circumstances:
– Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product.
– Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
– Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Cancellations
Customers can only cancel their order when the order is still in the processing stage their their account on our website. If the cancellation request is made before the order has been processed or shipped, we would effect a refund.
